Refund policy

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the exact same condition you received it, unopened, unused, with all safety seals intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Contact us via email at support@3dlat-supplements.com or WhatsApp at +20 112 078 6594. Once approved, our courier will pick up the item. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours so we can arrange a free exchange or replacement immediately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, dietary supplements with broken or missing inner/outer seals cannot be returned. Custom promotional bundles, clearance/sale items, and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Return Shipping Fees & Exchanges

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), 3dlat Supplements covers all return courier fees. If the return is due to customer preference, the customer covers the standard pickup shipping fee (50–100 EGP depending on location).

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via Bank Transfer, Vodafone Cash, or original payment method (Card / Cash).
